About Joleen
Weddings have been part of my world for as long as I can remember. Growing up in San Diego with florist parents, I was always surrounded by love, flowers, and a whole lot of behind-the-scenes creations, which quickly became my favorite part.
In college, I chased my passion for art and dove deep into the history of art & music. I started volunteering my talent for the drama team, fell in love with the transformation process, and never looked back. Paul Mitchell Beauty school came next, followed by Advanced Esthetician California, years at Sephora and a whirlwind of freelance gigs—from fashion shows to short films. My big break came when I became Regional for Macys Beauty, learning from some of the most iconic artists (including the queen herself, Anastasia Soare!) Where I spent seven amazing years as the first ABH East Coast coordinator, and eventually stepped into the role of Regional Director for Coty… just before the world changed in 2020. (COVID) For a minute, I thought my beauty days were behind me… but the love, support, and sparkle never faded. So I can back in 2022 but this time, as with my very own small business and team.
